After which she embarked her teaching responsibilities at UNIZULU as of October 2016 – 2021 where she currently employed.ĭr Linda began her training at King Edward viii Hospital in Durban where she studied general nursing and midwifery facilitated clinical learning of nurses and medical students new allocated in the ICU Due to enhanced love for teaching did part time teaching as preceptor for a Bridging course at and coordinator for a distance Midwifery Programme in UKZN. Dr Linda then Coordinated the Postgraduate Nursing Education Course from 2010-2016. Then she got a permanent employment position after which she was assigned more academic responsibilities. She taught in the undergraduate nursing program at UWC from 2006-2008 as a part time employee. ![]() After pursuing a master’s degree to qualify herself for teaching at a Higher Education Land scape, She began her teaching practice in 2006-2016 at UWC. Dr Linda commenced her first formal teaching as tutor for the Nursing Bridging Course at the Institute of Nursing (UKZN). She was naturally inducted to a teaching practice when she voluntarily taught nursing and medical students allocated in ICU. Dr Linda is Senior Lecturer under the Department of Nursing Science at the University of Zululand. ![]()
